Hello.

I've got to admit that I've been depressed lately. And I'm not kidding. I'm serious. I think I need to seek professional help.

I have a hell lot of emotional roller-coaster. I just feel like breaking down. It's like I don't know what to do anymore.

I have always had a distorted image of my body. Growing up, I was a VERY fat kid. My mum was worried, and so, she made me go on diet from a very young age. Since then, I have been on numerous diets. I've lost count of them. I am never satisfied with my weight. And this weight journey has a lot of its ups, and downs. But, more often to the down side.

I have to confess. I have an over obsession with my weight. Weight bothers me. A LOT.

Right now I feel fat. In fact, I am fat. And this issue is such a sensitive issue. I just hate it when people talk about it. Stop talking about it already. I HATE IT!

Seriously, I cannot take it anymore. The pressure and the desire, and the obsession to be thin is just so high. It's taking a toll on me. It's pure suffering. Do you think I really want to be on diets? NO! I DONT! It's fucking painful. You get that? Refusing all the food, it's as good as dying. And it's been two months.FUCK. FUCK. FUCK. I'm fucking depressed. Why can't I just be born stick thin?

I've got no one else to blame, but ME.

I need professional help. But, it wouldn't do any good, I reckon. Fuck professional help.
